Contact Type Management

OBJECTIVE

The Define Contact Types option allows you to set up contact types that can be linked to Contact Management files in order to assign contacts through the Projects Dispatch.

 

STEPS

maestro* > Maintenance > General Maintenance > Contacts > Contact Type Management

 

Creating a Contact Type

1. In the Contact Type Management window, complete the required information:

Champ	Action
Code	Enter an appropriate code representing the contact type.
French Description	Enter a French description for the contact type.
Description	Enter an English description for the contact type.

2. Click on Save.
3. Click on Quit.
